Artwork Lost or Stolen

If your artwork is lost or stolen during the process of delivery, please feel free to write to us. We will have the painting redone for you at no additional charge.

Artwork Arrived Damaged

If your artwork is damaged on receipt, we would be happy to repaint the artwork for you on receiving the photo of the damaged artwork. Please make sure you also keep the photo of the box in which the artwork arrived. Repainting the artwork will be absolutely free of cost.

Frame Damaged on Arrival

On receiving a damaged frame, the frame charges will be reimbursed to your source account. You can also take are a refund as store credit to use in your next order as a discount.

Delay with Express Service

If the artwork does not reach you in 12-14 days despite choosing Express Service, your Express Service charges will be refunded to the sourced account. You can also take a refund as store credit to use in your next order as a discount.

Did Not Like the Artwork Preview?

If you do not like the painting preview, you can request our free unlimited revisions policy. If you do not like the revised painting, we will issue a full refund for the painting.

100% Satisfaction

If you are not 100% satisfied with the received painting, you can escalate a return within 7 days of receipt. The painting should be in its original packaging and will go through a quality check before the refund is initiated. You can also get the amount as store credit and use it for your next order with us.

All paintings are 100% handmade. You can smell and check the texture of the painting as soon as it arrives to confirm the same.

Additional Policies

1. 1PortraitFlip holds the sole discretion for stating whether a return request is valid or invalid.
2. 2In case of returns or replacements, the customer is liable to return the faulty painting within 7 days of receiving it.
3. 3In all the returns and replacements, PortraitFlip will run a quality check. The refund or replacement is will initiated only after a successful inspection.
4. 4If a customer raises more than 2 return or refund requests in 365 days, his 3rd return/refund will not be initiated on the grounds of fake requests.
5. 5Gift Cards do not qualify for returns.
6. 6The refund amount in the customer’s account will reflect within 5-7 Working Days.
